Pricing Guide
Most jobs are priced flat by the task — the same price whether it takes twenty minutes or two hours. Bigger projects can be booked as a half or full day. Here's exactly how it works.
Flat-Rate Menu
A fixed price per task, listed below. Covers most common repairs and installs — the price is the price, regardless of how long the job takes. (Bundle 3+ tasks & Save 10%)
Hourly Rate
$95/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Used for troubleshooting or repair work not listed on the flat-rate menu, where scope isn't known in advance.
Day Rate Blocks
Half-day ($425) or full-day ($760) blocks for remodel-scale or multi-task projects — a reserved chunk of time rather than a per-task price
